The proposed ICQ development is located at Jalan Tebrau, Johor Bahru. It is adjacent to the existing ICQ, Johor. It consists of TOD, ICQ Complex, MTH and RTS station. The podium is the ICQ Complex and MTH, link to the RTS station at Jalan Tebrau. The TOD is above podium for Phase 2 development. The RTS links between Malaysia ICQ and Singapore ICQ, it is an aboveground station.
